Actually, I spent a week in Inverness a few years ago.
Lovely place.

I'm also a keen watcher of the quest for renewable energy, not out of green fanaticism but because workable solutions for simple transport and energy-heavy industry will undoubtably be one of mankind's greatest achievements of the 21st century.
I live in Italy (mostly) but I love Scotland.
